Lately, I feel like I have been cooking the same thing every week for meals. I was tired of typical meals that come so quickly to my mind. When I was younger, my mom fed us couscous. She loved it so I guess that is why we ate it all the time. Especially the 5 minute out of the box kind.
Couscous is really easy and is really healthy. It has lots of protein. if you are a vegetarian or need extra energy, this is a good choice for a different dish.
